Orders are shipped Monday to Friday excluding Public holidays from Singapore.
We offer two secure shipping options:
FREE standard shipping on all orders over EUR150
• Delivery to PO Boxes is not available (although can be used for billing addresses)
• NOTE all orders will require a signature upon delivery
Once your order is shipped out, we will send you the shipping tracking number by email. You will then be able to follow your package delivery schedule on the shipper website.
Duties & Taxes
Boudamour prices are not inclusive of any countries import duties or taxes and cannot be held responsible to pay them in any destination countries. The receiver of the goods will need to pay any related taxes required according to its own country customs rules.
To ensure a smooth delivery experience, make sure you know your country taxe threshold, which is the amount where a person begins paying taxes on an item.
Generally, your courier will act as your customs-clearing-agent - if any value added taxes or imports duties are due in the destination country, and the invoice will be handed to you during delivery by the Post office or DHL.
Our hope is that you are completely satisfied with your Boudamour Jewellery purchase. However, If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns of unused items within 30 days of item delivery under the following conditions:
To begin the returns process, please send us your return request via our contact page forms on our website, with your invoice number, the items you wish to return and the reason of your return request.
After receiving your return request, we will send you a reply within 3 working days. If it is approved, we will send you our return address.We will only accept returns that have been pre-approved according to the return process.
Returns must be sent by registered mail. Please ensure you receive a proof of postage from the Post Office when you ship back your item as we will be unable to replace your item if we do not receive it back.
We will not accept liability for any items that might be lost in transit or do not arrive at our address.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and all incurred fees.
Purchase cancellation request can be submitted as soon as possible via our contact page form or via Facebook Messenger or WhatsApp if you decided to cancel your order.
We will not accept order cancellation request if your order has already been shipped out.
Full refund charges (Credit cards / PayPal commissions, if applicable, will be borne by the client.
