Prices that are displayed on our e-commerce site do not include any countries import duties or taxes. Hence Boudamour cannot be held responsible for paying import duties or taxes before or at delivery point on behalf of the buyer.

The receiver/customer is responsible for settling all taxes, duties imposed by the destination country in

order for customs or courrier services to release the shipment and have it delivered.

One of the particularities and beauties of Tahitian Pearls and hence of Boudamour pearl charms, is their array of sizes, natural shapes, skin complexion and colors giving them their valuable uniqueness. As such, we go to great lengths to ensure that every image of a Boudamour product shown is a faithful representation of the product you will receive.

The product images are WYSIWYG based - What You See Is What You Get - and adequately represent the size, shape and grading quality of the pearls mentioned in the product description. Howerver, the color of the pearls may differ from the pictures under different lighting conditions or devices screen adjustment. For this reason, the color and luster of the pearls shown are not entirely contractual, but you can be sure that you will get what you see.
